Endicott Hotel electrical renovation in downtown Concord, NH

Brick exterior and Queen Anne Oriel tower of the Endicott Hotel, a historic 1894 landmark building in downtown Concord, New Hampshire

The Irish Electric was engaged by Cobb Hill construction of Concord, NH to participate in the renovation of the Endicott Hotel. The project was initiated after a fire engulfed the property in the winter of 2012. The building is a registered historic landmark built in 1894 with architectural features such as a Queen Anne Oriel tower and Art Deco store fronts. Irish Electric is proud to have provided electrical contracting services for the restoration work on this iconic building for CATCH, Neighborhood Housing.

The building is a registered historic landmark from 1894, so device locations and cable routes had to work around what was being preserved.
