Yes. We run commercial and residential as two separate sides of the business. Commercial covers electrical construction, design-build, fire alarm, security, access control and data cabling. Residential covers new homes, renovations, kitchen and bath, and small installations and repairs.
We work within about 45 minutes of Hopkinton: Concord, Bow, Henniker, Warner, Webster, Weare, Boscawen, Dunbarton, Hooksett, Manchester, Bedford, Goffstown, Loudon, Hillsborough, New London and the towns between. The shop is at 659 Currier Road in Hopkinton, west of Concord.
The office is open Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday. Outside those hours there’s a 24-hour on-call number for electrical emergencies. The number is the same either way: (603) 224-7474.
New Hampshire's State Building Code currently includes the 2023 National Electrical Code with New Hampshire amendments. Towns can be at different points of adoption and can add local requirements. The local inspector decides.
Usually, yes. The Town of Hopkinton lists “Expansion or changes to electrical, plumbing, mechanical or fire protection systems” among the work that requires a permit. Confirm with the town for your specific job; on our jobs we sort the permit out before work starts.

Yes. We do swimming pool electrical and hot tub wiring. These circuits have specific bonding and GFCI requirements, so they need to meet the applicable code and be inspected.
Yes. We install LED lighting and smart controls, landscape lighting, fan and kitchen lighting and exterior lighting at home. We also handle LED retrofit and energy saving lighting work in commercial buildings.
